Portable FM Radio Station

The Kerberos Radio-In-A-Box (RIAB) is a self-contained portable FM radio station that delivers broadcast-quality FM coverage in 15 to 30 minutes — without a permanent facility, tower infrastructure, or specialist RF engineering support.

System Overview

A Full FM Radio Station That Goes Where You Go

A conventional FM radio station requires a permanent facility, licensed tower infrastructure, technical staff, and months of installation. The Kerberos RIAB eliminates all of those dependencies. It is a portable FM radio station that arrives in a ruggedized transit case, sets up in under 30 minutes, and delivers professional broadcast-quality FM coverage across 35 to 65 miles.

Every component required to operate a complete FM broadcast station is included: transmitter, audio processing, broadcast automation, power management, antenna, cabling, and documentation. Nothing is missing. Nothing needs to be sourced locally.

The Kerberos Radio-In-A-Box has been deployed as a portable FM radio station in conflict zones, disaster response operations, refugee camp environments, and remote community broadcast programs across more than 26 countries.

What Makes the Kerberos RIAB Different

15–30 Minute Setup

Trained operators follow a documented procedure to set up the portable FM radio station in 15 to 30 minutes. No RF engineering background required. No specialist support needed on site.

Everything Included

The Kerberos RIAB ships as a complete system. Transmitter, audio, automation, power, antenna, cabling, and documentation are all included. No local sourcing required.

35–65 Mile Coverage

A single portable FM radio station unit covers 35 to 65 miles of terrain. Multiple units can be networked for coordinated coverage across a wider operational area.

Scalable Configurations

The Kerberos RIAB is available in Standard, Extended, and Network configurations to match the scale and complexity of the broadcast mission — from a single-site deployment to a multi-node field radio network.
